The Role

We are seeking a Managing Broker to lead our Cabo San Lucas office. The role oversees day-to-day operations, agent development, sales production, and Nest Seekers' relationships with developers, clients, and partners across the region. The ideal candidate is a bilingual, actively producing real estate professional with an entrepreneurial track record and an established network in the Mexican luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Own office performance, including agent development, retention, and day-to-day operations
• Cultivate relationships with developers, brokerages, MLS bodies, and industry associations to secure listings and expand market access
• Build and manage the office's client pipeline
• Represent Nest Seekers at industry events and in presentations to developers and clients
• Collaborate with Nest Seekers Mexico leadership on regional strategy

Qualifications

• Bilingual, English and Spanish
• Active, producing real estate professional; experience as a brokerage owner or senior leader preferred
• Established network among Mexican developers, brokerages, and luxury clientele
• Strong business development background with a record of sourcing and closing luxury transactions
• Comfortable operating across U.S. and Mexican business environments
