Her background in marketing allows her to expertly showcase your property to attract the most qualified buyers and strategically negotiate the best deal for you. Along with her fluency in three Chinese dialects, she has also studied in Japan, volunteered in Cambodia, worked in India and at an international Italian company, and traveled through several continents.

With a specialty in new developments and resales across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Xiao Rui has represented over $600 million in sales. From pre-sales to record-breaking sell-outs, she has represented Hero (Long Island City) and The Artisan (Astoria), The Mōna (Astoria), and served as Sales Director for Eden (Long Island City), La Vita (Flushing), and 145 Central Park North (South Harlem). Currently, she is the Sales Director for a few new developments throughout Manhattan and Queens - Circa Central Park in Upper West Side, and SunnyView in Sunnyside.

She also manages 3 properties throughout Manhattan, Queens and Bronx. With her husband, their 6 year old son, and a 10 year old Alaskan Klee Kai, they can be seen exploring the different food scenes throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and traveling throughout Asia and Europe.
